An insight into the effects of the farmed fish industry from the fjords and restaurants of Norway to the rivers and schools of Vietnam. Atlantic salmon and panga are farmed at an industrial scale on opposite sides of the world, however the toxic methods and motivations of this industry parallel each other.

Featuring legendary Norwegian activist Kurt Oddekalv - leader of the Green Warriors of Norway, who died in 2019, this film explains how a traditional food stuff has become a tradable commodity produced at a level many thousands of times the sustainable level through intensive farming, rampant use of antibiotics, exploitative labour methods and the use of additives to promote growth, preservability and transportability.

The secretive Atlantic salmon industry in Norway is emblematic of the problems created by a global desire for affordable protein, produced in bulk.
