Now, more than ever, the global community must ensure that the natural world is protected. This report from the International Institute for Sustainable Development looks at the hopeful stories and tragedies of global environmental governance in 2022, from negotiations for a new treaty on plastics, progress of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, to progress towards a post 2020 global biodiversity framework.
